What are your shipping costs ?

Our shipping costs are set according to the total price of all the products in your shopping cart prior to the addition of shipping costs.  Some of our larger products may have additional shipping or surcharge however this will always be noted in the product description.  Occasionally we may offer promotions on certain products where we will have reduced shipping or even free shipping and once again this will be noted.  Orders over $500.00USD are free shipping however Customer Choice Products if ordered will not added into the total price when determining the total.  Below is our Price-Based shipping price chart.

What is a customer choice product ?

Every couple of months BabyExquisite.com chooses certain products to be praised as "Customer Choice Products".  If a product is designated this than as long as it is noted on the site as a "Customer Choice Product" it we be available for FREE SHIPPING.  Check back often for promotional shipping.

When will I receive the products I ordered ?

We process orders two times a day/six days a week.  We process orders at 10:00 a.m. (EST) and 5:00 p.m. (EST).  Please review the chart below for your process time according to when you placed your order. 

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of processing unless otherwise noted in the product description.  Please pay close attention to specific items when placing your order.  Some of our products will have a specific shipping time due to availability, specialty item or because it is a personalized item.   If you have any questions about the shipping of our products please don't hesitate to contact one of our customer service department and we will be happy to assist you.

What if I order an item that is backordered ?

Although rare, occasionally we may have an item that is either backordered or maybe your color choice is unavailable at this time.  This rare occasion is due to the fact that we work with Designers and Distributors from around the world and it is possible to not be notified until we place your order.  If you order a product that is unfornately unavailable BabyExquisite will notify you immediately with the choice to wait or cancel your order.

Do you ship internationally ?

No, we are sorry but currently we do not offer international shipping.  BabyExquisite hopes to offer this service in the future.  All products shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will have an additional 10% surcharge added.  At this time we do not offer shipping to military addresses however this option will be available soon.

Some products offer a discount for multiple orders, how do I receive the discount when I add my product to my shopping cart ?

After you view your cart and see that the product has been ordered just change the amount desired to order and your shopping cart will automatically calculate your order.  Certain products would need you to designate your color choice.  If you desire different colors of the same product you will need to add the product each time you change your color option.

Do you have a return policy?

We definitely offer a guarantee on our baby products.  If you are not 100% satisfied with an item that you ordered you may return the item within 20 days of shipping with authorization.  You must notify us at returns@babyexquisite.com or call us at 1-877-234-8126 within 72 hours of to receive your authorization return code to receive a refund or credit.  We do not refund any shipping/handling/or gift wrapping charges. We have a few stipulations that must be followed to issue a refund or credit and they are as follows:

  • The box you receive your item in can be opened but must be returned with all original contents including any correspondence, documentation, and tags  from Baby Exquisite or any of it's distributors or manufacturers.
  • All contents included must be in original condition.  They may not be altered in any way.
  • The DreamMover must be packaged exactly in unopened condition.
  • We will not issue a refund on any item that has been personalized.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you feel your product is lost through shipping please contact us immediately and we will assist you.  

If you feel your product was damaged through shipping please contact us and we will assist you.  

When there is a return on a particular product BabyExquisite must work with it's suppliers to create the best scenario for our customers so our policy times are necessary to ensure smooth transactions.

**Note** All returns/refunds/or exchanges are at the discretion of Baby Exquisite's Returns department.  We reserve the right to change our return/refund policy at any time when applicable to our products or company policies without notice.

Is your site secure?

We use industry standard 128-bit encryption to protect your private information.  When you purchase from our site you will be automatically moved to a secure space so your confidential information you exchange with us will remain private.  We take your privacy very serious here at Baby Exquisite and that's why when your moved to the secure space you will not receive warning signs that some of the material is not secure.  We secure every web element in our checkout process including the images you see to ensure the privacy of your transaction.

Do I have to create an account to purchase from your website?

Currently we only offer "login" accounts to our wholesale customers.  We do not require you to have an account with us to purchase our products.  In the future we will begin to allow customers to sign up for an account which will allow you to view your orders and their status.  Having an account in the future with us will be a benefit to customers however until we establish this feature feel free to shop without that requirement.  For our wholesale customers
